HEARTLINE | YOUTH CRISIS MOBILE RESPONSE
When Heartline, a free, 24-hour phone service that provides Oklahomans access to information about health and human services, was ready to launch a new crisis helpline service, they looked to Braid. Collaborating with their team, we helped develop a brand for Youth Crisis Mobile Response – a mental health resource for children, young adults, social workers, and police in the towns, cities and rural areas of Oklahoma.
We used The Braid Method to hone in on their logo, messaging, look and feel – and we advised on execution, creating a digital marketing strategy and plan for Youth Crisis Mobile Response that would maximize their budget for efficiency and effectiveness, while targeting niche audiences and markets.
Calls to the new helpline have gone up dramatically since launching the campaign. And we are happy to see the successful results keep coming in – as Heartline continues to reach more children and young adults in crisis.
