Therapist Jill Reese hired us to evolve and develop her branding, messaging, and positioning as she went from being a solo practitioner to bringing more therapists into her group practice, The Magnolia Institute. She needed a brand that would not only appeal to her patients but also communicate and set the tone for The Magnolia Institute to other therapists joining her practice.

In searching for a branding agency to work with I was looking for creativity, boldness, and a unique style. I had looked at therapist websites in my own community and spent time reflecting on what I liked visually about those sites and what drew me in; that led to the discovery of branding done by Braid…then in reviewing the Braid website I was consistently impressed with their visual products and it their creative style aligned with the clean look I was seeking.

I enjoyed going through the branding process with Braid because I felt guided and supported from the initial email to the final product.

When I reached out with an inquiry the response was quick and detailed; I felt that I had the information needed to make a decision. In addition, I felt that Braid was listening to what I was saying/offering and able to “sell” me on their skills, experience, and product; they were able to take my starting questions and make me see how they could build me a final product that I would love. I appreciated the brand exercise “homework” deck because it allowed me to flesh out my thoughts and ideas.
