We get especially excited to work with coaches who are transitioning from a broad area of expertise to their niche! But Kristin was interesting because she had the reverse challenge. She already had a great client base that was highly specialized: dentists and other medical practitioners who own their own practice. But she had been branding herself and delivering on that expertise as more of a management and business consultant.

Kristin came to Braid because she was ready to be a transformative coach (in life and work!) to the owners themselves. And we loved that we could take all the knowledge she already had about their very specific struggles, wants and dreams, and craft it into a brand that felt authentic to Kristin’s personality + profession, without alienating her core clientele.
