University of San Francisco / Education
Sometimes it’s not just businesses that need to get brand aligned, but departments. Especially if your team needs to consistently and genuinely describe what it means to be part of an emerging (but not always clear) area of focus like Organizational Development. The University of San Francisco’s School of Management brought Braid to their campus to help better define their brand story and positioning for the instructors, students, business partners and prospective students of their MSOD program. They wanted to empower everyone to articulate the worth of the program, share their story with local businesses, and recruit new students that could start leading better within their masters program – from day one.
Braid absolutely nailed it! Holly and Tara guided us through a systematic process (the Braid Method) to help us re-envision and articulate who we are and how we want to grow as a program.
The insights we gained from the process were invaluable and the materials they prepared perfectly captured our essence.
Holly and Tara are professional, smart, fun and authentic. Everything was seamless from beginning to end! It was a wonderful experience that really highlighted the value of getting an outside consultant to stimulate new thinking! Thank you!!
