With multiple locations in different cities, an organization like Fowler can struggle to communicate a common mission, values and expectations to leaders, managers, and employees – whether they’ve been with the company for decades, or just a few weeks. They reached out to the Braid team to help.

Our Braid Method research helped glean insights from all layers of the organization into what the Fowler standard meant to employees. And our brand development process helped translate those different perspectives into a shared brand voice, to help Fowler continue to recruit, train, retain and reward the employees who make them who they are.
